Booking Policy

Deposits

A $25 deposit is required at time of booking to secure your private suite reservation. It is applied toward your service total, with the balance due at your visit.

Rescheduling

Reschedule from the My Appointments page at no charge if the new slot is 24+ hours away. Your deposit carries over.

Cancellations & No-Shows

Cancellations 24+ hours before your appointment: deposit may apply to a future visit. Inside 24 hours or no-shows: deposit is forfeited.

Rewards & Referrals

Every 6 completed visits = $10 credit. Referral credits ($10 each) when a friend books with your code.

Privacy Policy

Information We Collect

Name, email, phone, optional reference photos, purchase history, and user content (notes, reviews, gift card messages).

How We Use It

Scheduling, payments, loyalty, and reminders. We do not run tracking or third-party advertising.

Payment Processing

Payments are processed by a PCI-DSS compliant third-party processor. We do not store full card details.

Data Retention & Rights

You may access, correct, or delete your data — including full account deletion — at any time.
